This category is open to all young contestants and is the perfect chance to let your child’s personality and confidence shine! They’ll perform a 30-second commercial in front of top commercial agents who are looking for all kinds of young actors. Agents love seeing fun personalities, confidence, and any special skills your child may have.
The only requirements are that your child is a contestant in the showcase—and ready to have fun!

In this category, your child will have the chance to perform a 1-minute dramatic monologue in front of top theatrical agents, managers, and casting directors. They’re seeking young actors who can deliver performances that are natural, believable, and full of confidence.
The only requirement is that your child comes prepared with both confidence and some training.
Please note, an audition is required for this category unless your child is already represented by an agent.

The only requirement is that your child brings their confidence and training to this opportunity.

One of the biggest goals for young actors is to get noticed by top Los Angeles agents. The Acting Showcase gives talented kids the chance to show their skills to leading LA agents, managers, and casting directors, helping them take an important step in their acting journey.
The best time to break into Hollywood is when you’re still under 18 as representatives understand that young actors may not have extensive credits yet. They are looking for raw talent, confidence, and the ability to take direction.
